• Course Objectives: Train students to manage unexpected disruptions, conduct basic negotiations, voice customer complaints, and report emergencies.
Problem Solving: Can handle most situations likely to arise while traveling or working in a basic role.
• Tools & Materials: Dispute resolution scripts, mock travel delay notices, professional email templates, and workplace scenario cards.
Course Rules
• Course Rules: Actively lead at least one crisis-management roleplay session. Complete the final comprehensive situational oral examination.
